Manor Lords is one of the most anticipated game of 2023 for me. This medieval strategy game that looks super deep and super detailed practically keeps me up every time I hear about it. So when does the game have a release date?
Release date
This game is part of the indie community because only one developer called Slavic Magic is working on it. This should mean that there will be a gap between early access and subsequent release.
Unfortunately, no release date has been announced yet.
Manor Lords will be available in Q3 or Q4 in 2023.
But we should see “Planned Release Date on 2023” on the Steam page, so hopefully we will get more information this year. Manor Lords has around 211 000 followers so far and is the #4 most wishlist (requested) game on Steam. In comparison, the newly announced Cities Skylines 2 has only 103 000 followers so far.
In one of my last articles I compared Manor Lords and Farthest Frontier, which was one of the August 2022 surprises and so far has only 185,000 followers. So we can expect a lot of hype around the game when it comes out and we’ll have to give it a good shout here.

Price for Manor Lords
Price for Manor Lords is currently unknown.
I expect the game to cost around 30 – 40 EUR/USD.
It might be a good question if Manor Lords is worth it. Based on the resources you should see above, I would definitely buy the game! The game looks like it will be very “spicy”. And if the developers do a good job with the “base game”, I expect DLC content in the future.
There are game features like building, economy, RTS, so even diplomacy, which could be deepened with DLCs. I almost think the price might be a bit higher. A fair price could be around 50 – 60 EUR/USD if everything goes well.
